My approach

Below you will find information about my philosophy and therapeutic approach.

I believe every human is like a dandelion — living a life of impermanence, yet carrying beauty and meaning in every stage. Just as a dandelion’s seeds scatter in the wind, we are reminded that change is not only inevitable but also essential for growth and renewal.

Each season brings its own challenges and gifts. My love for nature and the changing seasons inspires the way I support people: helping you stay grounded when life feels uncertain, while honoring the transformational power of change.

I am here to walk with you through your own cycles of becoming, to help you find steadiness in the transitions, and to remind you of your resilience and worth in every season of your life.

Process

Every client is an individual but the overall process remains consistent.

  • I will conduct an interview with the client, their caregivers, and any other service providers to gather foundational information.

  • I will perform assessments to better understand the client. Some assessments may include:

    • COPM : client goal development

    • SP: sensory profile

    • AFLS: job training skill evaluation

    • Values Card Sort

    • ONET: job skill evaluation

  • Interventions will be determined by the results of evaluations alongside information from the intake process. These interventions will be implemented in order to help the client reach their goals.

  • I will work with the client to develop outcomes and goals that feel most important to them.
