Our sessions can take place online
or in the Greater Los Angeles area.

Sessions are practical, collaborative, and individualized .

Services are offered in your home, out in the community, or virtually.

We can meet at the grocery store, the mall, a coffee shop, the park, volunteer sites, or wherever your goals naturally take place.

I provide supports in the environments where life actually happens. Practicing skills in real-life settings makes strategies more meaningful, easier to apply, and more likely to carry over into everyday life.
