As an ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I help people like you to build the practical skills and strategies they need to move forward. I’m able to apply specialized neurological strategies that work for your brain in a holistic manner.

With my creative background, we can work on emotional processing and expression in a way that goes beyond talk therapy. This can help manage intense emotions while enhancing focus.

You’ll learn how to make sense of a world that’s not set up for neurodivergent brains.

I offer services in the environments where life actually happens. Meeting in real-life settings allows us to practice skills in context — so strategies are easier to apply and more likely to stick.
